Senior Manager/Supervisor
Family Office is looking for a Chief Legal Officer (CLO) with substantial experience leading legal departments in multiple jurisdictions (Cyprus / Italy / UAE / United Kingdom).

Responsibilities:
  • Legal support of a wide range of investment transactions on the securities market.
  • Legal support of investment transactions in the real estate market.
  • Corporate law (Cyprus, United Kingdom, UAE, Russia).
  • Supervision and management of all contractual matters.
  • Management of litigation.
  • Handling related matters: audit, accounting, tax issues.
  • Management of the legal department (5 people).
Requirements:
  • Experience in supporting a wide range of investment transactions on the securities market.
  • Experience in legal support of investment transactions in the real estate market.
  • Knowledge of corporate law in Cyprus and Russia.
  • Strong experience in contract work and litigation.
  • Knowledge in related areas: audit, accounting, taxation.
  • Proven experience managing a team of at least 2 employees (mandatory).
  • English and Russian at C2 level (mandatory).
Conditions:
  • Office location: Paphos (Cyprus).
  • Permanent employment under Cypriot labor law.
  • 21 days of annual leave.
  • Working hours: 10:00 to 19:00 with a 1-hour break.
